New Music Now: Discovering New Talent

I've come across a couple new artists and can't wait to tell you all about them. First, Stormy Mondays (here's the MySpace page). If you like R.E.M., The Wallflowers and Counting Crows, check out this guy. He's got some good stuff. I particularly like "Same Old Song" and "Beneath The Gate."

Sarah VonderHaar also stands out as a new talent to watch. She's releasing Are You Listening Now on April 22nd, which features "I Got Sunshine" and "Sing Me To Sleep." The former America's Next Top Model contestant is also billed as a photographer and actress.

Then, there's the big pop/rock sound of John Taglieri. This guy is cool and confident, and with the sounds of "Leap of Faith" and "Starring Role," he's going BIG TIME! This is one of those artists that has that pop potential built right in. You can find his music on Wide Awake & Dreaming.
